30-day money-back guarantee

SpendZen, operated by Subscription Tracker, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to Plus and Business plans on monthly, annual, and lifetime purchases.

Free plan and trials

The Free plan costs nothing, and recurring plans include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any point during the trial from Settings.

Pay as you go

Metered pay-as-you-go charges reflect usage already tracked in the billing period. If you believe a usage charge is incorrect, contact us and we will review it and arrange a refund of any amount billed in error.

How to request a refund

Our payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@spendzen.app and we will pass the request on. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the workspace returns to the Free plan.
